The Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo Foundation and award-winning whisky brand, Crown Royal, have joined together to createĀ The Hats Off Grant,Ā aimed at supporting Black cowboys and cowgirls in the rodeo community. The purpose of this grant is to address the historical underrepresentation of Black individuals in the sport of rodeo and provide resources to help them thrive.
